East Strreet Audio currently ships all products using UPS ground service.  The actual rate will be calculated automatically during checkout based on the size and weight of the items.  If you require another shipping option please email sales@eaststreetaudio.com and we will do our best to work something out.

Returns

We are proud to offer a 30 day money back guarantee.  If you are unsatisfied with your product(s) you may return them within that timeframe for a full refund.  East Street Audio will pay return shipping charges only if the return is because of a defect or shipping damage to the product.  The customer will be responsible for shipping charges in all other cases.  Returned products must be in like new condition and include all original accessories and packaging.  Failure to meet these condtions will result in a restocking fee.
